I’m really excited to bring this blog post to you today because my whole outfit happens to be on sale! Well, ALMOST since my clear clutch is technically sold out. Either way, there’s nothing better than getting a new outfit than getting it all on sale. Knowing that Hawaii is so hot and humid, I thought this little yellow tiered pleated dress would be a great piece to bring along on our trip.
ASOS Emerald Green Tiered Midi Sundress (0) • River Island Gold Mules (6) • YSL Wallet on Chain (Fuchsia) • SUGARFIX Drop Earrings
As you can see, I cannot get enough of flowy dresses especially when in Hawaii. The weather is so hot and humid that I just want to wear the loosest thing possible. This beautiful emerald green tiered midi sundress by ASOS literally had me giddy the first time I tried it on. It’s so soft, comfortable, and roomy that I wanted to wear it everyday on vacation.
Miss Selfridge Stripe Linen Dress (0) • Steven by Steve Madden Sandals (6.5) • Natural Cotton String Bag
One of my go-to fabrics for the summer has to be linen. The material is super breathable and is very lightweight. This stripe linen dress from Miss Selfridge was a clear choice to wear on our small road trip up to the North Shore. It is super comfortable and loose-fitting. It’s great as a casual dress or it can be used as a cover-up after a day on the beach.
Rainbow Palm Print Maxi Dress (Petite 00) • ASOS Espadrilles (6.5) • Cult Gaia (Dupe) Small Tote • SUGARFIX Beaded Tassel Earrings
Hawaii has to definitely be one of my favorite vacation destinations of all time. My boyfriend and I decided to take a quick trip to the island of Oahu since he’s really never been to the Hawaiian islands. I was also starting a new job so we wanted to get in some relaxation time in before I started. Of course a new job means new clothes right? I was online shopping at Banana Republic Factory for new blouses and suit pants, but instead I got distracted by this gorgeous rainbow palm print maxi dress. Well, as you can see, I bought it and couldn’t wait to wear it on our trip :D.
I can’t believe how fast this trip went for me. I felt like I was a millions miles away and then suddenly I was back at home. I thought for this post I would do an overall fashion roundup of all my outfits that I wore on in Havana, Tulum, and Cancun. I feel like I had the most fun picking out outfits for this trip and I hope I inspired some of you for your next vacation. Also, all of these pictures below are new so I hope you enjoy!
