In my opinion, no New Year’s Eve can be complete without some sort of sequined outfit. I absolutely need something shiny and sparkly especially since we’re off to Las Vegas this weekend! There is just something about the flashing lights, bottomless buffets, dance clubs, and endless shopping. But I think the thing that I love the most about Las Vegas is that EVERYONE actually gets dressed up!
This year has gone by so fast! I thought 2017 was going to be the best year ever but instead, I hit a new record of how many times I’ve gotten sick in one year. Maybe it has to do with all the traveling I’ve been doing recently, but it was all worth it. I got to visit Asia and Europe again with some of my best friends and I even got to do a week and a half backpacking trip in Myanmar (aka Burma) which was a brand new country for me.
The new year is fast approaching and it’s probably one of my favorite holidays. It is one of the few times that you can really get dressed to the nines. So, when I saw this dress and the shimmering gold polka dots, I knew it would be great for a holiday party or New Years Eve.

Can you tell that I’m excited that Christmas is almost here?! I don’t know what about red plaid makes me automatically think of the slopes and the holiday season. Maybe it has something to do with the Brawny Towel Man???… I seriously hope people know what I’m referring to…
Hello everyone! I’m so excited to share with you my first fashion post and it’s just in time for the holidays. With all the festivities around the corner, I wanted to give you a glimpse of this amazing petite-friendly dress that H&M has produced this season. Of course, if you have never shopped at H&M before, I highly recommend going up in a size. Usually, I can get away with a size 0 or 2, but there is NO WAY that is going to be happening here.
