Happy Hump Day Everyone! Today, I’m featuring this beautiful fall plaid pleated skirt. I first wore this during our trip to Oak Glen, but since then worn it to work and out to happy hour. It’s a super versatile skirt that you can wear dressed up or down.
Man! This week has been a total blur of work, cooking, and shopping. My boyfriend and I decided that we are going to host a Friendsgiving this coming weekend and we are in full prep mode. Everything from buying holiday decor to testing out recipes two or three times at least. I will be documenting my Friendsgiving through Instagram stories this Saturday so feel free to watch me possible breakdown in complete tears. Well, hopefully that doesn’t happen (crossing fingers)!
Happy Hump Day! Today I bring to you another fall outfit that I wore on our second day in Sonoma. I have been really into pleated skirts lately for the fall so you’ll probably be seeing me wear a lot of them on the blog. This burgundy pleated skirt by H&M is probably one of my favorites so far. It was sold out online for awhile and I had to actually go buy it in stores. It just restocked back online with all sizes so make sure you get yours before they run out again.
A couple weeks ago, my friends and I made a trip to Sonoma Valley for a weekend of wine tasting. If anyone has visited the famous California wine region, you would know the weather swings from super hot to super cold really fast. I knew I needed something that I could wear from morning until dinner time. This leopard print crêped dress from H&M was the winning choice.
Happy Halloween Everyone! Did everyone dress up today? I will have to admit, I did NOT dress up today. At my previous job, Halloween was my boss’ favorite holiday so he would go all out. He would even incentivize people to dress up by letting them leave early for the day. In previous years, I was an Egyptian, part of the Spice Girls, and the Evil Queen (my boyfriend was Snow White lol). Since I’m at my new job now, they definitely don’t have anything like that here. Therefore, I’m taking advantage of not having to dress up to work this year.
