I know most people consider Labor Day Weekend to be the last weekend of summer, but there’s no way that can work in Southern California. We are still getting days in the mid-80s and even higher if you go inland. As is the case with our recent Palm Springs trip. It was easily 105+ F during the day! So, of course you have to dress appropriately and this darling floral cutout midi dress was perfect for our night out.
Happy Hump Day Everyone! Today, I’m bringing you one of my favorite dresses that I’ve bought this season. Pink is my favorite color so when I saw this beautiful pink keyhole sweater midi dress, I literally almost died. I’m already a big fan of sweater dresses and thought this one would be a great one for the end of summer and into the fall. This is also my first dress from Rachel Roy and I’m really loving her designs. Super girly, but still chic and modern. Definitely going to be looking into other items of her soon.
I love wearing dresses. I mean LOVE wearing dresses. Anything from dinners to date nights to going out with friends, etc. But sometimes, I really feel like I want to wear pants instead. Especially during the nights when it gets really cold. For some reason, I feel like I can never find any outfits with pants that is going-out worthy until now! I’ve styled this white ruffle top and black peg pants with some high heels that I think would make for a great night out.
Happy Hump Day Everyone! First I have to apologize for the delay in posts. The last week has been super crazy with traveling and starting my new job. More details about that will come soon, but today I wanted to show you one of my favorite dresses for a summer night out! This leaf print kimono dress has all the summer feels, but is made up of a more heavy-weight fabric which makes if feel more luxurious.
Well, it’s the day before July 4th and I still have no plans. I think we’re going to probably do a very small BBQ at a friend’s condo for lunch, but I think that will be the most of it. We might also go and try to find a good spot to see some fireworks. If anyone lives near DTLA and have any recommendations, please let me know! In the meantime, can we talk about this beautiful red ruffle romper! Can we say PERFECT for July 4th?
