Happy Hump Day Everyone! Today, I’m featuring this beautiful fall plaid pleated skirt. I first wore this during our trip to Oak Glen, but since then worn it to work and out to happy hour. It’s a super versatile skirt that you can wear dressed up or down.

On a side note, if you were following my on IG stories this past Saturday, you would have seen a little bit of my Friendsgiving. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to video or take as many pictures as I wanted. My boyfriend and I literally started cooking the night before all the way up to when guests arrived. Actually, that’s a lie. We were cooking still throughout the party. The only time my boyfriend and I had time to sit down was during the main entrée portion. All in all, it was a great party and I was so happy to see everyone. Next year, it’s definitely going to be a potluck though lol. If anyone is curious, below is what we cooked!

First Course (Appetizer): Pan Con Tomate y Jamon Serrano (Bread freshly baked from this recipe)

Second Course (Soup): Crab Bisque

Third Course (Salad): Marinated Cherry Tomatoes with Whipped Feta and Arugula

Fourth Course (Entrée): Prime Rib

Side DishesMac-n-Cheese / Wild Rice / Green Onion Rolls / Smashed Potatoes / Broccolini

Fifth Course (Dessert): Pumpkin Chocolate Magic Cake

Bershka Plaid Pleated Skirt (XS): I can’t explain to you how happy I am to find this skirt. It’s probably my favorite fall skirt of the season. I searched on H&M, Forever 21, Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdales, etc. I finally found it on ASOS and it was SOLD OUT in my size. Luckily, I kept checking back and it got restocked. A pro tip is to always save the product link and check back because you never know who is going to return your size or if the store gets a new shipment.

The pattern of the skirt is simple and classic which is great because it can last a few seasons. It hits about midi length for me and has an elastic waistband. Unfortunately, the waistband is not elastic enough to go over my hips so I have to put on the skirt over my head. Not a big deal. The material is medium-weight and is more on the structured side than flowy.
