As you can see, I cannot get enough of flowy dresses especially when in Hawaii. The weather is so hot and humid that I just want to wear the loosest thing possible. This beautiful emerald green tiered midi sundress by ASOS literally had me giddy the first time I tried it on. It’s so soft, comfortable, and roomy that I wanted to wear it everyday on vacation.
These pictures were taken at the iconic Royal Hawaiian Hotel. It’s part of SPG’s (now Marriott) “The Luxury Collection” so if you have enough points saved up, you can definitely have an enjoyable time here. We unfortunately did not stay here, but had a fun time exploring the hotel. Who wouldn’t want to stay in an all pink hotel?!
ASOS Emerald Green Tiered Midi Sundress (0): What really drew me to this dress is the color. I barely have any clothes that are green mostly because it’s so hard to pair with other clothes and accessories. But this color was so rich and vibrant that I knew it would be a statement piece. It only comes in regular sizes so I did have to get the straps taken in about an inch. The thing I appreciate the most about this dress is the length though. I didn’t have to worry about the wind accidentally blowing it up!
River Island Gold Mules (6): I don’t know how practical these mules are, but I absolutely love them! I first saw them on one of my favorite petite blogger’s blog (The Style Bungalow) and thought they were amazing, but couldn’t justify the price at that time. Well, these went on sale and you know had to get myself a pair. Now I’m seriously trying to find outfits so I can wear these shoes. If you want a more practical color, they also come in white as shown above.
YSL Wallet on Chain (Fuchsia): Since there’s a lot of green going on in this outfit, I really wanted contrasting colors in my accessories. I knew I can trust my YSL purse to do the trick. I used it as a clutch here, but it can also be worn on your shoulders. Can also be seen here and here!
SUGARFIX Drop Earrings: Of course I had to go matchy-matchy with my earrings. I love bold earrings especially during the summer months. I feel it’s the only time you can get away with such bright bold colors.
