I love wearing dresses. I mean LOVE wearing dresses. Anything from dinners to date nights to going out with friends, etc. But sometimes, I really feel like I want to wear pants instead. Especially during the nights when it gets really cold. For some reason, I feel like I can never find any outfits with pants that is going-out worthy until now! I’ve styled this white ruffle top and black peg pants with some high heels that I think would make for a great night out.
GUESS Ruffle Top (XS): I’m excited to style this top again since I’m a fan of reusing pieces. The off-the-shoulder design and asymmetrical ruffles really elevates the look for nights out. The top can be seen and reviewed originally here.
Petite Woven Peg Leg Pants with Obi Tie (2): These are some of my favorite pants to wear because they are so comfortable and they don’t wrinkle easily. You might recognize this pair since I wore the same type in a different color here.
YSL Small Monogram Chain Wallet: Probably my most used going-out purse. This time I decided to not use the chain and use it as a small clutch. The chain can be easily hidden inside the purse if you do get tired of holding it by the end of the night.
Saint Laurent Tribute Sandals (36.5): Yassssssssssssss!!! I’ve been wanting to wear these heels for the blog since I got them back in Paris last year. They are super high and sexy and probably one of my favorite pairs of shoes ever. Unfortunately, I don’t get to wear them that much for the exact same reasons. They make almost every dress I wear too sexy so I have to be selective on when I want to wear them. For this outfit, I thought they would be perfect! The outfit is pretty conservative so the heels definitely elevate the look and give it a more going-out feel.
For anyone who’s looking into buying this shoe, be aware that they are super high. The platform in the front is higher than any platform heel that I have. Sometimes, I feel my ankle might give away, but nothing has happened yet lol. Also, I did get a size 36.5, which fits perfectly, but I do wish I did try on the 37 while I was in the store. I read other reviews after I bought them that they tend to run small so it made me think if these would have been a little bit more comfortable if I got the 37 instead.
