This beautiful floral midi dress is from H&M. I’ve been looking for this style of dress for awhile now. The type of dress that has long sleeves, a high neckline, and is midi/ankle length. You see a lot of this style during the autumn months usually made out of dark lace or chiffon, but I wanted something like this for spring.
Since it’s still early in the season, the morning and evenings are still chilly so I wanted a dress that still covers most of my body. It’s also still a little too cold to be going open-toe so I wanted to pair the dress with boots. White boots maybe hard to pull off during the fall/winter months, but I see myself wearing them more and more during early spring now. You get the warmth of wearing boots with the bright white color for spring.
Spring Floral Midi Crêped Dress (2): If you been keeping up with my fashion posts, you will know that I almost always have to buy two sizes for H&M. I seriously can never tell when I’m shopping online. I bought this dress in a size 2 and 4. The dress is definitely baggy enough at a size 2 so I went with that one. It is also made out of a crêpe material so it has some good texture/weight to the dress. I cinched the waist with a skinny black belt to give it more form. Otherwise, it would have looked like I was wearing a muumuu. My favorite part of the dress besides the print are the pockets!
Drop Filigree Earrings: This is a super lightweight pair of earrings that I found at Target years ago and have kept them ever since. You barely feel them on your ears, but they definitely give you that little bit of gold sparkle.
